Can we just talk a moment to talk about the powerful eyebrows and overall fabulous hair/wardrobe for this character? While watching the last 3 or 4 episodes of Once Upon a Time I couldn't take my eyes off Ms. DeVill every time she was on camera. Not only does the actress Victoria Smurfit have an amazing makeup, hair and wardrobe team, it's also her presence on camera that has a charm which demands attention. This woman looks just like the cartoon, even down to her posture!Girl's got some serious brow game! She actually has the facial bone structure to be able to pull off such a strong brow, and paired with those eyelashes and red lip?! Perfection. And don't even get me started on her gorgeously square jaw and sharply chiseled cheekbones! I'm obsessed with her overall striking makeup.
