Watching the "Hart of Dixie" I was adoring Rachel Bilsons makeup and hair. She still looks as young as she was when she starred on "The O.C." and I have a hard time believing that she looks old enough to have finished all those years of surgical med school! Not only is she young and gorgeous, she plays a relatable character in this charming rom-sit-com on the CW. It's worth catching up on Netflix and Hulu!
